Role Description This full-time, on-site Data Analyst role is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area and supports data-driven decision-making across the business. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, performing statistical analysis, and developing data models that help optimize operations and customer experience. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations, presenting findings to stakeholders, and continuously improving data quality and reporting processes.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data analytics tools and techniques
• Knowledge of statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to business problems
• Experience with data modeling, including designing and maintaining data structures and workflows
• Clear and confident communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial
• Familiarity with databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL) is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
