The Data & Analytics team is building Compass International Holdings' analytical platform - the governed foundation the company runs on. As a Data Analyst, you'll go beyond traditional dashboards and ticket queues - you will work cross‑functionally with internal teams and business partners to leverage that foundation, delivering recommendations that drive decision‑making.
