Job summary

Harnham, a leading analytics recruitment firm, is expanding its client-facing analytics team in Miami. The Data Analyst will turn business data into insights, build dashboards, and validate data across sources.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, write SQL, and help define metrics and reporting requirements. This role offers up to 150k base salary plus benefits, with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Data Science, or a related analytical discipline.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational or cloud-based data
• Experience creating business-facing visualizations using Tableau or a comparable BI platform
• Familiarity with modern data transformation practices and tools such as dbt
• Understanding of data modeling and how analytical datasets are structured
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving ability
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly and concisely
• Comfortable managing independent projects while working closely with business stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities
