Job summary

OP RaaS is seeking an experienced BI analyst to transform data into actionable insights. You will build and optimize dashboards using Looker/Tableau/Power BI, organize reports for stakeholders, and ensure consistency and performance across BI assets.

The role emphasizes storytelling with data, collaboration with data engineers, and a commitment to clean, reliable data that supports strategic decisions. This is a hands-on, results-driven position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline.
• 4+ years of measurement/analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, business intelligence, dashboarding.
• Superior analytical skills with diverse analytics and statistical software and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.
• Proven data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Create actionable insights through data visualization using our BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).

This role will be responsible for creating actionable insights through data visualization. Using our Business Intelligence tool, Looker, this role will need to help enable our company to make sharp business decisions. Duties will include but not limited to organization of reports and dashboards so that they are accessible to the stakeholders, optimize performance on our existing and future dashboards, work with data engineers to clean up tables and ETLs within Looker. Uphold standards for our data and the dashboards driving company decisions. The ability to tell a story visually with graphs, charts, and other data visualization is a must.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, analytics, business, economics or finance.
• Four (4) years equivalent work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, business intelligence, dashboarding.
• Superior analytical skills with diverse analytics and statistical software and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication Skills.
• Proven data visualization skills.
