Data Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a client facing Data Analyst, you’ll work with and guide a small team of analysts, developers, and data consumers in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You’ll apply your deep knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling as you lead the design, development, and deployment of predictive models for your clients. You will also work closely with your clients to understand their questions and challenges, and then architect data-driven solutions within their data-rich environments. Not only will you build models to predict future outcomes, but you’ll also advise your client on what these predictions mean and how they can be used to proactively shape mission success.

You Have:

• Experience developing software or data applications using Python and SQL
• Experience with data visualization techniques and tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with modern web application technologies, APIs, or full-stack development
• Experience in data validation, feature engineering, and preparing complex data sets for machine learning
• Experience with data modeling, data integration, data transformation, and analytical workflows
• Experience working directly with end users to discover requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques such as regression, classification, or clustering
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Palantir Foundry and Maven Smart System
• Experience with React, Node.js, Express, FastAPI, MongoDB, Docker, or AWS
• Experience developing custom data-driven applications or user interfaces for data input and visualization

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
