Job summary

Trideum Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst in Fort Leavenworth, KS to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that turn raw data into actionable dashboards and reports. You will consolidate data from enterprise systems, databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services, ensuring accuracy and usability aligned with GTL requirements.

You will model and transform data, implement collection strategies, and create tailored visuals while maintaining data integrity and leveraging Army data platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in military operations, military information technology, or military models and simulations.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with databases and data querying languages (e.g., SQL).

Responsibilities

• Connect to and consolidate data from disparate sources, including enterprise systems, databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services.
• Conduct data modeling and transformation, including structuring, cleansing, and refining data to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Create tailored dashboards and reports that convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Monitor data source integrity and ensure efficiency and reliability of data transformation processes.
• Maintain expertise in Army data platforms and commercial BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Support ad hoc data analysis requests as required by the GTL.
• This position does not require travel.

Position Summary

The Data Analyst role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to meet organizational requirements. This position transforms raw data from multiple sources into interactive visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support informed, data-driven decision-making in alignment with Government Team Lead (GTL) requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in military operations, military information technology, or military models and simulations.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with databases and data querying languages (e.g., SQL).

• SECRET Security Clearance or ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Army data systems such as Army Vantage.
• Familiarity with cProbe or similar data environments.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
