About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring for a Data Analyst position with one of our clients in Dallas, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns, relationships, and anomalies within business data.

  • Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into clear business insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or another programming language for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
  • Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
  • Exposure to ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
New Graduate Consideration

Qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply , particularly candidates with relevant degrees and hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, capstone projects, certifications, or technical training.

Candidates do not necessarily need prior professional experience specifically titled "Data Analyst." Experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Business Analysis, Data Science, Research, Operations Analytics, or Financial Analytics may also be relevant.

Candidates with practical experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytical tools through academic or personal projects will be considered.
