Job summary

Publicis Digital Experience in the United States seeks a Data Analyst to support analytic initiatives from conception to completion. You will provide SQL programming, QA/QC data, and contribute to final project deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders to drive insights.

The role requires 3-4 days in the office weekly (hybrid). Strong communication and project management skills are essential, along with experience in marketing analytics and visualization tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or marketing-related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL; minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong planning, priority setting, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Successful developing relationships within and across functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide SQL programming, under general direction, in the execution of data analysis that will contribute to the final project deliverables.
  • Appropriately account for the timeliness and quality of all assignments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage data logistics to enable project execution.
  • QA/QC data and report output to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in development of reports, providing content and writing of key observations.
  • Participate in presentation of reports to key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Be exposed to the sales process, providing limited content to be included in proposals.
  • Prioritize and monitor project progress relative to timeline and scope.

Overview

This is a Hybrid position: 3-4 days per week in the office are required.

The Analytic Consulting Group partners with internal and external clients and data providers, leveraging predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniques to drive strategic thought and effective decision making. The Data Analyst helps support all aspects of analytic initiatives from conception to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide SQL programming, under general direction, in the execution of data analysis that will contribute to the final project deliverables
  • Appropriately account for the timeliness and quality of all assignments
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage data logistics - including data transfers, understanding data structures, business rules, etc. - to enable project execution
  • QA/QC data and report output to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in development of reports, providing content and writing of key observations
  • Participate in presentation of reports to key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Assist in the creation of compelling presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Be exposed to the sales process, providing limited content to be included in proposals for new and existing business opportunities
  • Prioritize and monitor project progress relative to timeline and scope
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a quantitative or marketing-related discipline (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Analytics)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing analytics field
  • Proficient in SQL; minimum 1 year of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful developing relationships within and across functional teams (including statistical, technical, and marketing resources)
  • Highly motivated and collaborative

Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (Master\’s/PhD) in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, or other quantitative or marketing-related discipline
  • Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which effectively demonstrate the value of analytic deliverables; proficiency with business visualization tools (e.g., interactive dashboard software such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to program in Python and/or Databricks
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Ads

Compensation Range: USD $55,765.00 - USD $77,070.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
