This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy by extracting, analyzing, and presenting key data that supports our operational and growth goals.

As a Data Analyst at Everglade Works, you will work cross-functionally with departments like Operations, Marketing, and Engineering, using your skills to interpret data trends, visualize insights, and drive smarter decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Analyze large datasets from a variety of sources (internal tools, external databases, APIs, etc.) to uncover patterns, trends, and insights
  • Build and maintain data dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to deliver key metrics to stakeholders
  • Work with business leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data tracking frameworks
  • Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, and automate routine reports
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide actionable insights that help improve business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize data-driven processes
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis on specific data challenges and provide tailored solutions
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular audits and validations
  • Present findings to non-technical stakeholders, clearly explaining insights and recommendations
  • Work alongside Data Engineers to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics
You’ll Excel in This Role If You
  • Have 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Are proficient in SQL, with experience writing complex queries
  • Have experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Are highly skilled in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas)
  • Have a solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
  • Are familiar with data cleaning and transformation best practices
  • Have experience working with large data sets and comfortable working with messy data
  • Can think critically about data and draw insights that drive business decisions
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Have excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business language
  • Bonus: Experience with Python or R for data analysis, and familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Whats In It for You
  • Competitive salary with annual performance-based raises
  • Generous annual learning & development stipend for certifications, courses, and conferences
  • Clear growth trajectory with mentorship and opportunities for advancement
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage (for U.S. employees)
  • Wellness program with access to fitness apps, gym discounts, and mental health support
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and flexible hours
Work-Life Balance
  • Fully remote work, with the flexibility to design your own schedule
  • Paid parental leave (for both primary and secondary caregivers)
  • Generous vacation policy that actually lets you disconnect
  • Tech allowance for work-from-home setup (laptop, monitor, ergonomic gear, etc.)
