We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in the San Francisco or Los Angeles offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking creatively, and taking ownership of technology and data initiatives in a supportive environment. You do not need to have law firm experience, although familiarity with professional services or consulting environments is a plus.
You will be responsible for managing and strengthening the firm’s technology systems and for helping us extract meaningful insights from our operational, financial, and practice‑related data. You’ll work closely with leadership as well as attorneys and administrative team members, ensuring that our data analysis efforts run smoothly on a day‑to‑day basis while also contributing to longer‑term data strategy and improvements. You should be a self‑motivated, highly detail‑oriented team player excited to tackle firm challenges to strategize and implement data‑driven solutions to enable the business to derive valuable insights.
While Atheria supports flexible working arrangements, including remote work, this role will require more in‑person attendance. Therefore, you should be able to work in our San Francisco or Los Angeles office, depending on your location, during regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Fridays are typically remote, but may require occasional in‑office presence. The role may require travel between the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices and occasional after‑hours for special projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to experience level, education/training, and relevant skills. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance‑based bonus program.
