If you look forward to untangling complex business problems, driving data‑led strategy, and thriving in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

Note on Location & Structure: This is a contract role based out of Austin, Texas, with a hybrid schedule requiring you to be on‑site 3 days per week.

The Skills & Toolkit You’ll Bring

  • Workflow: Complete proficiency in Jira (owning the full ticket lifecycle) and native fluency in Agile/Scrum environments (ceremonies, backlog hygiene, sprint management).
The Mindset We’re Looking For
  • Insights over Inputs: You don't just pull data; you interpret results, cross‑reference data quality, spot the "bad data" anomalies, and surface meaningful strategic insights.
  • Adaptable & Autonomous: You thrive in a rapid, cross‑functional environment, easily self‑managing through dynamic priorities and shifting client requirements.
  • Sharp Communicator: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders at all levels.

Collaboration & Strategy
  • Bridge the Gap: Partner directly with data product managers and data engineers to translate complex business needs into sharp, actionable analytical requirements.
  • Influence the Roadmap: Communicate your analysis and strategic insights clearly and effectively to product and leadership teams to directly shape the client’s overarching product strategy.
  • Proactive Communication: Transparently share and demystify data methodologies and results with a diverse, fast‑moving set of global stakeholders.
