Job description

Assent Advisory Group is seeking a Data Analyst Journeyman - Enterprise Integration GIS & Data to support enterprise facilities program management, data integration, GIS reconciliation, financial analysis, and executive reporting activities. This position will support the Facilities Directorate by helping maintain enterprise visibility across global infrastructure portfolios, including MILCON, UMMC, FSRM, demolition, real property, and capital investment efforts.

The Data Analyst will support enterprise-level analysis by reconciling geospatial, financial, and property data; maintaining data integrity across authoritative systems; and developing reporting products that help Government leadership track project execution, investment strategies, and facility portfolio performance. Task 4.1 specifically includes enterprise support for IMS management, asset management planning, GIS/iNFADS reconciliation, financial analysis, capital investment support, engineering portfolio support, and public works analysis.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise data integration and analysis across facilities portfolios.
• Maintain and support the enterprise GIS / GEOFidelis data model.
• Perform GIS and iNFADS data reconciliation to identify discrepancies, validate facility footprints, and align spatial data with official property records.
• Integrate financial and property data into geospatial layers, cartographic products, and automated executive dashboards.
• Develop financial metrics, analyze spending plans, draft financial summaries, and support long-term investment analysis for senior leadership review.
• Support enterprise-level tracking and analysis of MILCON, UMMC, FSRM, and demolition project execution.
• Extract, analyze, and summarize project, financial, and execution data for leadership reporting.
• Support automated reporting solutions and dashboards for financial and execution data.
• Assist with weekly fiscal updates, execution metric reports, and variance analysis.
• Support data validation, quality control, and deliverable preparation.
• Coordinate with planners, public works personnel, regional stakeholders, and Government leadership as needed.

Experience:

• 3-10 years of relevant experience in data analysis, GIS data management, business intelligence, financial analysis, real property data, facilities analytics, or program support.
• Experience working with structured datasets and reconciling information across multiple authoritative sources.
• Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, reports, or executive-level analytical products.
• Experience with GIS, geospatial data, property records, asset management data, or facilities infrastructure data.
• Experience supporting federal, DoD, USMC, Navy, NAVFAC, facilities, real property, or infrastructure programs preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, documentation, and quality control skills.
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Planning, or a related field preferred, but not required

Licenses/Certifications:

Relevant certifications are preferred but not required, including:

• Geographic Information Systems Professional GISP® certification
• At least five years of demonstrated experience working directly with SDSFIE - Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• GEOFidelis, iNFADS, SDSFIE, GIS data models, or spatial data standards.
• Power BI or other dashboard/reporting tools.
• Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Facilities portfolio analysis, MILCON, FSRM, UMMC, demolition tracking, or real property management.
• Financial execution analysis, budget tracking, variance analysis, or investment planning support.
