Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an entry-level Data & AI Solutions Engineering Analyst in Charlotte to tackle data-driven challenges across AD&A, modeling, and deployment. You will contribute to AI-powered systems, data pipelines, and governance while collaborating with client teams and Deloitte experts.

You will leverage scripting and analytics tools, engage in thoughtful problem-solving, and continuously learn new frameworks and technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA 3.0).
• Experience or coursework in data processing and analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Informatica).
• Familiarity with analytics, data visualization, or big data platforms (Tableau, Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average depending on client engagements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven solutions at the intersection of AI engineering and data infrastructure.
• Build, deploy, and operationalize pipelines and AI models for clients.
• Collaborate with Deloitte teams and client stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
