Lantern seeks a Service Line Lead, Data & AI to drive strategy, growth, market leadership, and delivery excellence for a high-performing consulting business. You will shape differentiated offerings, strengthen Microsoft and Databricks partnerships, and help clients achieve measurable outcomes through modern data platforms, analytics, and AI solutions.

Qualifications

Ten-plus years of progressive leadership in consulting or professional services.
Proven ability to grow a Data & AI portfolio and lead high-performing teams.
Strong consulting and executive-level client communication skills.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Data & AI service line strategy and multi-year growth roadmap.
Develop differentiated offerings and sales plays aligned to client demand and partnerships.
Own pipeline coverage, bookings, revenue, and forecast accuracy.
Establish delivery standards, governance, and reusable assets for scalable execution.
Build executive relationships to increase client satisfaction and repeat business.
