Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in consulting, technology sales, business development, or GTM leadership.
  • Significant Life Sciences experience across Pharma, Biotech, MedTech or Healthcare.
  • Proven success closing large Data & AI, Analytics, Cloud engagements typically $1M+.
  • Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA and data compliance.
  • Experience building partnerships and co-sell motions with cloud providers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Life Sciences Data & AI growth strategy across R&D to Quality.
  • Develop differentiated offerings leveraging Data & AI, GenAI, and Cloud Modernization.
  • Own the sales lifecycle: pipeline, qualification, pursuit, proposals, exec presentations, closure.
  • Lead strategic pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, and business cases.
  • Build executive relationships with CIOs/CDOs and commercial analytics leaders.
  • Collaborate with delivery, solutions, and partner ecosystems for alignment.
  • Develop alliances with Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, Snowflake, and Veeva.
  • Present at industry events; craft industry POVs and executive content.
  • Mentor client-facing teams on Life Sciences Data & AI trends.
