Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a motivated Data Engineer / AI Engineer (Co-op) to join our AI/Generative AI initiatives. You will work in a Databricks environment, explore Agentic frameworks, and learn to refine intelligent systems under senior engineers.

Qualifications

Currently a graduate student in CS, DS, AI, math, or related field.
Foundational programming skills in Python and SQL.
Familiarity with AI concepts through coursework or personal projects.
Excellent problem solving and high technical curiosity.

Responsibilities

Prototype AI agents to automate internal workflows or enhance data retrieval.
Provide feedback to improve and optimize AI agent outputs.
Experiment with prompts to improve accuracy and reliability of outputs.
Monitor model performance and flag inconsistencies or hallucinations for grounding.
Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
Explore emerging AI tools and document architectures and governance standards.
