Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for the Google Cloud‑focused Mid‑Market team. You will own delivery from solution shaping through go‑live, crafting execution plans for data and AI engagements and guiding offshore and onshore teams to deliver high‑impact, production‑grade solutions.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, shape architecture, and drive speed‑to‑value in fast‑paced environments, ensuring quality and measurable outcomes across modernization programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands‑on, client‑facing technology roles
• 5+ years architecting on Google Cloud Platform
• Independent ownership of client engagements through go‑live
• Proficiency with GKE, Apigee, CI/CD pipelines and modern architecture
• Strong in delivery management, risk, scope and stakeholder alignment
• Experience with distributed global teams and whiteboard/present to executives

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end‑to‑end: scope, timeline, team structure, quality and outcomes
• Design delivery approach for application modernization; define migration waves and release cadence
• Provide hands‑on technical advisory across engagements and architectural trade‑offs
• Lead client relationships and manage expectations during complex modernization programs
• Mobilize teams and stand up delivery from day one to realize rapid value
• Coordinate onshore delivery leadership with offshore engineers to keep momentum
• Establish delivery governance, checkpoints, and ensure measurable client value
