Job summary

ERCOT is offering multiple internships in the Digital Technology Administration department in Taylor, TX. Interns work on data operations, data product management, and grid research transformation while gaining hands-on experience with ERCOT’s mission and systems.

We seek students enrolled in IT-related programs with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, available for a full-time internship during Summer 2027, on-site in Taylor, TX.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Cyber Security or other IT-related field.
• Eligible candidates should be enrolled in an academic degree program maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Operations and Data Product Management projects.
• Contribute to Grid Research Innovation & Transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with ERCOT teams and mentors in a fast-paced environment.
