Job summary

Reflection is seeking a Human Data Strategist to own data acquisition pipelines that improve AI models. You will partner with researchers, understand their needs, and source from vendors to boost model usefulness and performance.

This role blends program ownership with hands-on work on task design, contributor workflows, data quality, and success metrics, demanding rigor, curiosity, and good judgment under pressure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering complex programs aligning research needs and data
• Understanding of LLM training, evaluation and prompt design
• Proficient in SQL querying and building dashboards; Python for analysis
• Clear written communication and strong stakeholder judgment
• Bias toward action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research to translate model capabilities into data acquisition strategies
• Orchestrate vendors, assess capacity, define task instructions and acceptance criteria
• Track campaigns with dashboards; analyze bottlenecks and guide improvements
• Ensure alignment; surface vulnerabilities and incorporate feedback into sourcing
