Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a highly skilled DAS Foreman to lead installation projects across multiple sites. The role focuses on supervising crews, coordinating activities, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

The ideal candidate brings strong DAS system knowledge, field leadership, and excellent communication to manage diverse teams and client relationships. A high school diploma and relevant certifications are required, with travel and OT opportunities common.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DAS Foreman.
• In-depth knowledge of DAS systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate DAS installation projects with team members, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee daily activities of the installation crew, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Conduct site assessments, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project completion.
• Communicate effectively with crew members, project managers, and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and any change to the SOW.
