KACE is seeking a Dark Web/Crypto Currency Analyst in Falls Church, VA. The role supports the Analytics Group within National Headquarters, conducting open-source analysis to identify targets on clear and dark webs for all Inspection Service investigations.

Requires cryptocurrency tracking, blockchain analysis, and strong data visualization skills. The role demands independent work and teamwork, with occasional outside-hours support per mission needs and a Top Secret clearance is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of crypto currency investigation experience.
• Experience in open-source or all-source intelligence gathering and analysis.
• US Citizenship or Legal Permanent Residency required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform open-source and dark web intelligence analysis to identify targets.
• Trace cryptocurrency flows and conduct blockchain analysis.
• Create reports and charts with findings for investigations.
• Provide intelligence summaries for inspector investigations.
• Utilize visualization tools (Qlik/Tableau/i2) to present data clearly.
