Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a fully remote team supporting customers across Europe. The role offers a remote position based in Greece with relocation support and a competitive salary package.

Be the main contact for customers via phone, email and chat, assisting with orders, deliveries, payments and inquiries. Ideal candidates have Danish fluency, strong English, interest in fashion and retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (written & spoken).
• Very good English required.
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Good technical understanding and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat.
• Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
• Work closely with an international, remote team.
