Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers for JT. This remote role is based in Greece with relocation available, and requires a Danish, C1/C2 level and strong English skills. You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chats.

Relocation is fully covered, and the company offers a private health plan and two extra salaries per year, plus relocation assistance for housing after hotel stay.

Requirements

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Danish, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
