Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Dancing Bartender in the Beverage department. You will perform dances on a daily schedule and provide high-energy guest service while preparing and serving drinks.

The role requires strong guest interaction, ability to multitask, and adherence to casino service standards. Candidates should be 21+, with experience as a bartender preferred and willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• Previous experience as a bartender or apprentice bartender preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practices, supports and promotes the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Performs routines and dances in front of guests and large crowds as assigned.
• Communicates with guests to meet immediate needs.
• Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests.
• Ring up all orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
• Adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and can slow or cut off intoxicated guests.
• Makes suggestions to guests.
• Knows available drinks and costs; answers guest questions and works quickly.
• Maintains cleanliness of the bar and designated areas.
• Adheres to the provided dance schedule.
