Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience or equivalent experience in dance instruction, choreography, or performance.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Dance fitness certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, energetic, and engaging dance-based group fitness classes.
• Use dance techniques, choreography, rhythm, and musicality to create fun and effective workout experiences.
• Adapt movements and routines to accommodate members of different fitness and dance experience levels.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages members to express themselves and enjoy movement.
• Maintain all required certifications, education, and CPR credentials.
• Understand and follow Crunch policies, procedures, and group fitness standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand, our 7 Core Values, and our No Judgments philosophy.
• Provide excellent member service and collaborate with Group Fitness Managers on class schedules, programming, and member engagement.
