Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to serve as Business Class Lead for the Dams Levees, and Civil Works Business Class within the Northern California Water Business Group. You will provide strategic, operational, and people leadership for a multidisciplinary team delivering planning through construction for water projects.

You will report to the Professional Services Lead and be accountable for growing people, strengthening client partnerships, advancing technical excellence,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience and professionalregistration.
• Experience directing multi-disciplinary teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor staff competencies and deliverables for the Dams Levees and Civil Works BC.
• Lead project delivery, quality oversight, and client engagement.
• Develop and implement business class plans, budgets, and strategy.
• Mentor staff, manage resources, and support recruiting activities.
• Collaborate with PSL, area leads, and marketing to drive growth.
