Job summary

Torchy’s in Austin, TX is seeking a Utility Team Member (Busser/Dishwasher) to help keep the dining room and kitchen clean and running smoothly. You’ll follow cleaning lists, assist with food service prep, and support front-of-house operations.

Eligible team members earn $14.00–$16.00 per hour plus pooled tips and receive benefits after the first year, with discounts and PTO as noted. The role requires standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dining room and back-of-house cleanliness; follow cleaning schedules and lists.
