Job summary

Secretariat Intl invites motivated undergraduates or graduates to join its Damages & Valuations team as a Summer 2027 intern in Chicago. Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitatively rigorous field.
• Expected graduation date between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity and initiative.
• Interest or experience in economic consulting, litigation support or valuation.
• Excel proficiency; familiarity with Stata, R, Python or SQL is helpful.
• Fluent English for business communication; CPA/CFA/CVA/ASA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dig into case documents, research materials, and discovery records to understand the facts.
• Analyze financial statements, market data, and other evidence to quantify damages and support valuation work.
• Build models, organize data, and develop analyses to explain financial issues clearly.
• Contribute to reports, presentations, and client-ready materials with insights.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and experts on litigation support and economic consulting.
