Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Dam Safety Engineer/Subject Matter Expert to join their Hydropower Practice. You will support inspections, conduct analyses, and manage engineering assessments of dams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a PE license, and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and project management experience are essential. This role requires some travel and offers a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Geological or Geotechnical engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in relevant disciplines.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Support inspections and engineering assessments of existing dams.
• Conduct analyses, evaluations, and designs of hydraulic structures.
• Work independently as project engineer and provide QA/QC.
