Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Stand Up Reach Operator in Dallas, TX. You will safely operate reach trucks to move inventory, pick orders, and maintain accurate records. The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, basic math, and familiarity with RF scanners or WMS.

This full-time position offers overtime potential and comprehensive benefits. Evenings and overnight shifts are typical, with a Friday-Sunday option and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic math, reading and inventory tracking skills required.
• Experience using RF scanners or WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Crown Stand-Up Reach Trucks to move, store, and retrieve inventory.
• Load/unload, stage, and transport pallets to storage and shipping areas.
• Perform order picking, replenishment, and put-away activities using scanners and systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct daily equipment inspections.
