Qualifications

• Doctorate in Law with active law license in at least one state.
• 10+ years of legal experience, preferably in construction or corporate sectors.
• Strong negotiation, risk assessment and executive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional legal counsel supporting governance and contracts.
• Review procurement documents, prime/subcontracts and related policies.
• Oversee claims, litigation, and interaction with outside counsel.
• Advise on complex regional transactions and compliance matters.
