Qualifications

• 4-7 years of trial litigation experience.
• Admission to practice law in Texas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage in motion practice and discovery.
• Draft briefs and prepare witnesses for depositions.
• Take and defend depositions and make court appearances.
• Interact with clients and prepare for trial.
• Manage all aspects of case management.
