Job summary

Siri Info Inc. is hiring a Mid-Level Data Engineer for our Dallas, TX client team. You will design and optimize data pipelines and OLTP databases in Azure, ensuring high-throughput transactional processing and secure data warehousing.

You will work with DBAs, developers, and BI specialists to deliver scalable, cloud-native data solutions. Onsite interviews and Day 1 readiness in Dallas are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional data engineering, database administration, or software engineering.
• Strong SQL Server expertise and OLTP system design.
• Hands-on cloud-native data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Advanced SQL querying, performance tuning, and indexing.
• ETL/ELT design and data warehousing principles.
• Problem-solving, analytics, and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States; Day 1 onsite in Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for efficient ingestion and movement.
• Manage OLTP relational databases and SQL Server instances for high throughput.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes.
• Create cloud-native data integrations across Azure environments.
• Troubleshoot data processing bottlenecks and failures.
• Ensure data governance, security, and backup/recovery practices.
• Collaborate with software and BI teams to align data models with reporting.
• Participate in face-to-face interviews and client assessments.
