Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national Am Law 100 firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in its Dallas office for experienced litigation attorneys to work in the commercial and employment law practice group.

The attorneys will work under the direction of the Office Managing Partner, Practice Group Leader and/or Partners in preparing matters for hearing, trial, arbitration, or mediation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial and employment litigation experience.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Local Rules, FRCP and related regulations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare matters for hearing, trial, arbitration, or mediation.
• Work under the direction of the Office Managing Partner, Practice Group Leader and/or Partners.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and staff.
