Job summary

Infor Consulting Services is seeking a Consultant for MES software implementation to join our customer-facing team. You will configure MES solutions, collaborate with clients, and build innovative technical solutions to drive major business transformation across the region.

Responsibilities include software installation, project delivery, and ensuring successful Go-Lives, while maintaining strong client relationships and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Real work experience or a degree in computing, business information systems, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing technology or a related subject.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments such as IT apprentice or factory setting, with a mix of technical and functional skills.
• Experience configuring software, shop floor processes, and translating customer requirements into system configurations.
• Experience coding, particularly in C#, with a basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work within a project delivery team on MES implementation projects, including software installation, configuration, integration, verification and testing.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to enhance team and customer experience.
• Work effectively in a small project delivery team to ensure on-time and in-budget delivery.
• Engage professionally with customers, providing knowledgeable responses and building confidence in our expertise.
• Ensure smooth execution of Go Lives to maintain customer relationships.
