Job summary

Pacificopower is seeking a Project Director located in Dallas, Texas, to oversee and manage multi‑trade energy infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and compliance with safety and technical standards.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15+ years of relevant experience, and strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement. The position entails occasional travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction project management within energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Experience managing complex multi‑trade construction projects with significant electrical and/or mechanical scopes.
• Proficiency in estimating, procurement strategies, permitting, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, feasibility, and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Prepare RFPs and bid packages for equipment and subcontractors.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide updates.
