The Michigan Milk Producers Association in Novi, MI is seeking a Sample Van Driver to join our team. The role delivers milk samples, mail, and other items on established routes, coordinating with the Sample Van Coordinator to cover 40+ hours weekly.

You will maintain sample temperatures, record temperatures, and ensure safety and compliance with transportation laws. A valid state driver's license and reliable time management and customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license issued by the state where you intend to work.
• Experience in a related job preferred.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and work extended shifts.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers milk samples to lab sites on established routes.
• Maintains sample temperatures between 32° and 40°F during transport.
• Records weekly activity reports and submits them for review.
• Maintains vehicles in good operating condition and schedules routine service.
• Adheres to routes, schedules, and transportation laws.
