Responsibilities

• Keeps the dairy department well stocked and appealing to meet customer demands and efficiency standards.
• Ensures dairy products are fresh and priced with proper signage; handles damaged or near-expiration items per procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor, cooler and backroom in good condition.
• Follows sanitation schedules and health/OSHA guidelines; disposes of trash properly.
• Assists with receiving, unloading, and stocking deliveries and inventory management.
• Reviews orders to manage inventory levels and minimizes losses.
• Cooperates with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth department operation; uses PPE as required.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
