Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Committed interest in dairy industry.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Must be able to consistently lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be comfortable around large animals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn and thrive on new programs.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and communicate with all team members in a professional manner.
• Cleaning the commit areas of the RB
• Assisting the Vacuum Truck with passing through the barn twice a day
• Set up foot baths daily
• Cleaning around and under the robots
• Some cattle fetching
• Learn some basics with robots (i.e. Simple resetting and putting back into play)
• Helping Eco and Feed team clean out feeding nodes once a week
