Ballerina Farm is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and hands-on Dairy & Ranch Hand to support the daily operations of our farm, dairy, and agricultural properties in Kamas, Utah.
This is a physically active role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, caring for animals, operating equipment, and being part of the day-to-day work that keeps a working farm running smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable getting their hands dirty, takes pride in doing things the right way, and can work independently while also being a reliable member of the farm team.
Prior experience feeding and caring for dairy cows and managing manure/compost operations is required.
Success in this role means being someone the farm team can count on every day. You'll take ownership of your responsibilities, care for the animals with consistency and attention, keep equipment and farm areas operating safely and efficiently, and step in wherever you're needed to help keep the farm running.

This is a full-time position working approximately 5½–6 days per week in Kamas, Utah. Because this is a working farm and dairy, the schedule may vary based on animal care, weather, seasonal demands, and farm operations. Animal care responsibilities require flexibility and reliability, including partial weekends.
