Job summary

Idaho Milk Products is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for our Main Plant in Jerome, Idaho. This full-time, non-exempt position supports the Quality Department through environmental monitoring, water testing, and production oversight.

The role requires data entry, audits, and calibration of testing equipment to ensure compliance with GMP and GLP. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of QA experience, dairy lab exposure is a plus, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years experience as a quality assurance technician preferred.
• Dairy laboratory experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supports Quality Department including environmental monitoring, water testing, and production monitoring.
• Maintains and calibrates laboratory/production testing equipment.
• Performs data entry and maintains production records with accuracy.
• Complies with GMP/GLP/SSOPs and safety policies.
