Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Dairy Production Relief Supervisor to support daily operations in our on-site dairy facility. You will oversee production lines, assign staff, and manage changeovers to maintain safe, efficient output.

You will ensure HACCP and food safety standards are followed, monitor equipment performance, coordinate with maintenance, coach team members, track yields and waste, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising dairy production or manufacturing teams.
