Job summary

J&J Snack Foods seeks a Production Supervisor to ensure production runs on schedule in a safe, timely manner. You will lead up to 30 employees, conduct weekly safety meetings, assign daily tasks, and collaborate with the Production Manager, Plant Manager, QA, inventory control, and procurement.

You will maintain GMP compliance, complete production paperwork, enter raw materials into DDIMv2/JDE daily, and track production efficiency. Must have 2 years manufacturing/dairy processing experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in manufacturing and dairy processing knowledge.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Gives weekly safety meetings and assigns daily tasks for up to 30 employees.
• Ensures production runs on schedule and adheres to GMP policies.
• Maintains attendance records and approves benefit time.
• Completes production paperwork accurately and daily.
• Enters raw materials into DDIMv2/JDE daily and tracks production efficiency.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring, and firing processes.
