Job summary

Daisy Brand is seeking a Processing Technician to operate an advanced dairy processing system. You will unload milk/cream tankers, pasteurize, and run a variety of processing equipment to ensure high-quality products.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and 3–5 years in manufacturing, ideally in dairy. The role offers competitive pay from $20/hr with premium off-hours and weekend pay, plus strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, preferably in food and beverage.
• Understand GMP and safety requirements; able to multitask with a team.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Unload milk/cream tankers and pasteurize.
• Operate and troubleshoot a range of in-process equipment.
• Perform and record production and quality controls.
• Follow GMPs, safety, housekeeping and maintenance practices.
• Conduct daily verification checks at critical control points.
• Support compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
