Job summary

DFA is seeking a production line operator for a first shift in a dairy-focused facility located in Wisconsin. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, performing line duties, and ensuring correct materials are used for each product.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to document quality checks and follow GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably in the dairy or consumer goods industry.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of line duties within the manufacturing environment to include processing, machine operator, and/or break relief operator jobs.
• Clean, set-up, operate, and monitor equipment on the production line.
• Ensure that the proper materials are used for each product being produced.
• Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks.
• Review charts, screens, quality check sheets, and specifications that are in both hard copy and electronic format.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
