Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Interest in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Plant Leadership and Operations teams to support cheese and whey manufacturing processes.
• Gain exposure to milk receiving, cheese production, drying, packaging, and shipping.
• Support projects focused on improving processes, productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Partner with Operations employees and leaders to learn various roles and responsibilities throughout the plant.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.
