Albertsons Companies is seeking a Dairy Department Manager to oversee daily Dairy operations, drive sales, maintain in‑stock conditions, ensure accurate pricing, and uphold high merchandising standards. The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced retail environment and strong customer service delivery.

You will lead a team, manage inventory, planograms, and backroom organization while training associates and ensuring food safety compliance.

• Execute planograms, promotional sets, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization
• Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and operational standards
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop dairy associates while fostering a positive team environment
