Job summary

LA VAQUITA is seeking a production/line operator for the FIRST shift in a dairy processing environment. You will perform a variety of line duties, including processing, machine operation, and break relief, with potential minor maintenance tasks.

You will clean, set up, operate, and monitor equipment, ensure correct materials, and complete required quality checks and paperwork in a GMP-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years manufacturing/production experience, preferably in dairy or consumer goods.
• Certification and/or license may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the production line equipment and related processes.
• Complete cleaning, setup, operation, and monitoring tasks on the production line.
• Ensure materials used match product specifications and maintain quality checks.
