Responsibilities include ordering, stocking, rotating dairy products, and maintaining accurate inventory. The role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality, with potential for weekend shifts in a busy store setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or grocery store experience preferred.
• Experience in a dairy department or similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage dairy product ordering, forecasting, and vendor coordination to maintain optimal stock.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays using FIFO to ensure freshness and organization.
• Inspect dairy items for quality and expiration dates; remove dated products.
• Assist customers and respond to inquiries with a helpful attitude; promote offers.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports for the Center Store Manager and maintain records.
• Collaborate with the Center Store team to meet department goals and participate in training.
