Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to join our team, delivering friendly, efficient service in our Fresh departments. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, stock, rotate, and merchandise displays to maintain a welcoming store environment.

Applicants should enjoy a fast-paced retail setting, be physically active, and comfortable using store technology. Prior retail or food service experience helps, but isn’t required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-first mindset with strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use job-specific technology.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills and adherence to safety standards.
• Physically active; able to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
